Statement of Mission

Able through Art provides educational aids for children and adults with level 3 autism or other condition with a similar level of developmental challenges (with a hope to eventually provide grants for art supplies) to help them be able to do the following:

1.    feel intrinsic pride, self-esteem, confidence, and self-worth

2.    be afforded opportunities for praise, affirmation, and interaction from others in their home and community

3.    enhance occupational therapy skills, vocational skills, community integration, and functional and life skills

4.    contribute items of beauty and value to their community and society, thereby also bringing joy to those in their community and also thereby feeling joy personally in so doing.

All children and families are welcome to benefit at no charge from the instructional information offered on the website.
